The Equity Capital Markets team originates, structures, and executes equity and equity-linked financings including initial public offerings, additional (follow-on or secondary) offerings, hybrids, convertibles, and derivatives – often mandated to deliver incremental demand and broaden distribution. Our client base includes public and private companies, government entities, family offices, financial sponsors, and globally-based institutional investors. Integrating our secondary equity trading expertise, we offer clients seamless advice and real-time market insights.
