Jack Edwards, Chief Financial Officer
Jack joined Drexel Hamilton as the Chief Financial Officer in October 2023. Jack is responsible for managing the firm’s Finance Department and serves as the Financial and Operations Principal (FINOP). Jack has over 35 years of industry experience. Before joining Drexel Hamilton, Jack served as the CFO for RQD Clearing / Volant Trading for over nine years. Prior to that, Jack held senior roles at Cavu Securities, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley and Blackstone where he played a key role in bringing them public in 2007.
Jack comes from a military family as his father served in the US Navy and was a Korean War veteran, and his youngest son is a midshipman in the United States Naval Academy.
Jack earned a BBA in Accounting from Siena College, an MBA from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business, and is a CPA. Jack currently holds a Series 27 FINRA license.
