Bo Delacruz,
Debt Capital Markets

Bo Delacruz joined Drexel Hamilton in January 2025 as an Associate in the Debt Capital Markets team. A U.S. Army veteran, Bo served four years with the 3/75 Ranger Regiment, during which time he completed two deployments to Afghanistan.
Following his military service, Bo transitioned to a career in corporate leadership, serving as a Senior Manager at Amazon in Miami. He further developed his professional skills by completing the Goldman Sachs Veteran Integration Program in 2023.
Bo is a major advocate for “service after service.” He is involved in the Special Olympics of Florida, a committee member for the Race for Inclusion, and actively mentors fellow Veterans through organizations like the Three Rangers Foundation. In addition to becoming an essential element of the capital markets team, his efforts and dedication to Veterans provided a seamless integration into Drexel Hamilton’s social mission.
